The above covers the actions we’ve taken so far through December 31, 2020; we’ve defined longer term goals and initiatives throughout 2021 and beyond. 表明立场不是一个暂时的主动行动, but a resolution we are committing to as long as there is inequality and injustice.

We are committed to making a difference and it was important to us to go on record and be held accountable to the commitments we make. 在发表公开声明之前, we wanted to first make sure that we could truly hold ourselves accountable to 任何 commitments we make publicly. We did not want to speak about a very serious issue that perpetually affects the lives of marginalized Americans without following up with measurable action.
